Top TV star Amar Upadhyay is to play the elder brother of Harman Baweja’s character in a forthcoming film.

For Anees Bazmee’s It’s My Life, Amar will be seen in the avatar of Shekhar… the elder brother of Harman Baweja and son of Nana Patekar. “I am extremely happy about working with Aneesji. He has given me a great role. I will be portraying various shades in spite of it being a completely positive role. Working with Nana is great. I have already started shooting and am very excited,” said Amar Upadhyay.

Amar hasn’t had a good career in Bollywood compared to Indian TV. The last time we saw Amar on the big screen was 5 years ago in flop flicks Dhund, Censor and Line of Control.
