Industry insiders are saying that super filmmaker Karan Johar has casted actor Mahadevan in the role of Shah Rukh Khan’s brother for his next flick My Name Is Khan.
Apparently, Karan was impressed with Mahadevan’s recent roles and asked him if he would be willing to take a guest role in the film about terrorism. Mahadevan was more than willing and said yes immediately.
My Name Is Khan will start shooting later this year and is expected to release around Diwali time next year. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan and Mahadevan, the film stars Kajol in the role of Shah Rukh’s wife and a rumoured guest appearance by newcomer Imran Khan.
