Although Minissha had admitted in a recent interview that there is a man in her life, she was reluctant to reveal any other details.However, we probed further and came up with a few details about the new man in Minissha’s life. Our source revealed, “Minissha is dating a Kashmir-based businessman named Sohail.They first met at a party and have been dating each other for the past three months. They seem very serious about each other.”Minissha is keeping their relationship under wraps and is not too keen on revealing much about his personal life because he does not belong to showbiz. However, when we spoke to Minissha, she denied seeing anybody and refused to comment on the guy.She clarified, “Just because I am seen with a friend does not mean that I am dating him.I am single and not dating anyone right now.”

Kidnap is a big dud and even Minissha Lamba's sexy act couldn't save the lousy film from sinking without a trace.
It's obvious that the film will be forgotten soon but Minissha isn't over her sexy makeover yet.
She has posed sexily in various itsy bitsy bikinis in Maxim's latest issue. She goes dare bare and full on bold.
Nowadays she's a far cry from the sweet dame she used to be once upon a time.
Looks like post the makeover there's no looking back for her. After all, the sweet girl act in movies like Yaahan, Corporate, Shaurya etc. didn't get her so much attention.
And this girl has been desperate for more attention for long. She even added that extra 's' (Minisha to Minissha) in her name for a dash of good luck.
Well, we all know that Minissha worked out hard and took care of her diet to look younger and slip into a bikini for Kidnap. Then some felt that Minissha is too short and has been always too pudgy to ever have a bikini body.
So the big question is will the so called super sexy makeover turn her into a superstar- something she so desperately wants? Brushing up her acting skills would have been a far better idea!

Minnisha Lamba has been the quintessential girl next door but that's until the promos of Kidnap came out.
In a two-piece swimsuit Minnisha is now changing lanes to a hottie head turner, complete with a freshly toned body.
"I think with Kidnap I am making a lot for what I have not done before as far as being glamorous is concerned. It is all about being hot. I think I have made up for everything in this film,” says Minnisha.
After Aishwarya Rai's toned look in Dhoom 2 and more recently Kareena's two piece in Tashan, Minnisha sure had a lot to live upto, and the actress seems to have sweated it out.
"Yes, I worked very hard. I literally felt I was starving for six to eight months. It's not easy, it’s not like I am going to get into a bikini so it is all fun. A lot of hard work and preparation has into this look,” says Minnisha.
But we wonder if all that hard work will eventually give Minnisha's career a makeover too.
That Minissha Lamba is a water baby is evident from the promos of Kidnap , which show her swimming and relaxing on the beachside. But who would have thought Imran Khan would parallel his co-star while they were shooting for the film in Mauritius?
It seems Imran and Minissha have shot a chilling underwater sequence in the film, which is among the highlights of the film and also the point when she gets kidnapped. Both the actors rehearsed for the scene for almost a fortnight before taking the 'dive!
Confirms director Sanjay Gadhvi, "We trained in Mumbai in a pool. It was an elaborate shoot with a dedicated underwater DOP and a standby team of divers for rescue. I’ve used the same underwater specialists as the ones used in Dhoom:2 . While shooting the scene I was on the boat watching the shot on the monitor, which was attached to the underwater camera by cables. We had special communication equipment through which Imran and Minissha could hear me say 'action' and 'cut' while they were underwater."
Seems like this is among the many chills and thrills Kidnap has to offer.

Its clash time again for the two beauties.On one side is the dusky Priyanka Chopra who is back to avenge the destiny's decision to hand over the title of flop to her last big budget futuristic flick and regain her lost ground with 'Drona'.
On the other side stand the cute, talented and the latest bikini girl of B-Town Minissha Lamba.
The girl who is considered to be good enough because of her potential to be included in the top league of B-Town beauties in the future and who is on a high after the success of 'Bachana Aaye Hasino'.
It was on August 15 that 'God Tussi Great Ho' having Priyanka as the leading lady and 'Bachana Aaye Hasino' having Minissha as one of the heroines hit the big screens.
While the film of Salman Khan sank without a trace, 'BAH' went up the popularity charts.
Now the time has come again for two films of Priyanka and Minissha to face each other as 'Drona' and 'Kidnap' will be releasing this Friday.
This time it is impossible to side with either of the two movies as each has its own strong points and is totally different from each other except the common factor of some edge of the seat action sequences.
Let's wait and watch the verdict of the decisive Friday.

This is nothing new, whenever a big film is scheduled for release one of the principal artists gets miffed with the maker for not promoting them. Only last week we reported about Priyanka Chopra getting annoyed with the makers of 'Drona'. Now we have the buzz that Minissha Lamba is not happy with Sanjay Gadhvi the director of 'Kidnap' for not giving her importance in the promos of the film. Her absence from the press conference and photo shoot of the film corroborates the same.
'Kidnap' is pitted against 'Drona' on October 2 and call it a coincidence that leading ladies of both the films are miffed with their respective makers.

The festival season's most anticipated release Kidnap sees two of the lead actors caught in an unusual situation. Typically, Bollywood heroes and heroines are caught singing romantic duets. But Kidnap essentially traces the complex relation between a kidnapper and his victim, leaving little scope for a budding romance in the initial reels of the film.
What made this situation more difficult to enact was the fact that Imran and Minissha got along like a house on fire from the first day of the shoot! At times, the director Sanjay Gadhvi would have to intervene and keep the actors away from each other for an entire day especially if they needed to shoot an angry scene. On one such day, Imran insisted on practicing a knife stunt with Minissha before the actual shoot. The sport that Ms. Lamba is known to be, she readily relented and even suffered cuts on her fingers while rehearsing. But that didn't stop them from giving a bone-chilling take in the end.
Of course, Minissha still chides Imran about her injury by saying that he hurt her only to avenge his loss in a card game they played on the sets!
Being released worldwide by Indian Films - Studio 18, Kidnap is out in cinemas on Id, Wednesday 1st October.

Minissha Lamba's much talked about Kidnap saw the actress push frontiers as far as her previous box office outings are concerned. And we aren't just talking about her new bikini licious body!
Everyone knows that Minissha has quite an adventurous streak in her and is quite a water baby. The schedule of Kidnap in Mauritius involved scenes where she was required to take a dip in the sea. During one such shot, so engrossed was Minissha in her mid sea swim that she did not realize that the currents had pushed her far from where she was supposed to be.
The film's cameraman was the first to realize that she was nowhere in the frame! The crew panicked as the underwater currents had pushed her about 2 kilometers away from the coastline while Minissha was blissfully unaware of the situation. It took the crew ten minutes to finally spot the petite actress, much to everyone's relief. A speedboat was sent to retrieve her immediately!
Director Sanjay Gadhvi confirmed the news. "It was scary to say the least but all's well that ends well!" he remarked.
Kidnap is this year's grand Id attraction, being released worldwide by Indian Films Studio 18 on Wednesday October 1st. It is Sanjay Dutt's first release of 2008 and new age heartthrob Imran Khan's first release after his maiden smash hit, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na.
