Akshay Kumar sets the ramp on fire!

After his spate of box office hits and his reality TV show - Fear Factor - Akshay Kumar has proved to be a sure fire hit on both the big and small screen and now has taken on the modelling world with a bang. Bollywood actor and brand ambassador of Levi's 501 jeans Akshay Kumar launched the company's global campaign 'Live Unbottoned' in Mumbai on Tuesday (August 26).

'Live Unbottoned' campaign is all set to be simultaneously launched in 110 countries. The first phase of the campaign will be 'physical unbuttoning' that will trigger the campaign.

The second phase of the campaign will be 'emotional unbuttoning' in which consumers of Levi's 501 will be invited to do TV commercials with Akshay.

Though, Akshay is not really known for his six packs like Shahrukh or his going shirtless, like Salman, however, he has finally got a chance to show off his body, and surely, he did it in style. Akshay Kumar set the ramp on fire when he walked down the isle along with some gorgeous females. TIMES NOW caught up with the superstar to know more about his experience on the ramp.

Akshay, while talking about endorsement of Levi's 501 jeans, said "it is not always money. I endorsed because I have been wearing Levi's since my childhood and it is a product, which is recognised since ages."

In a lighter vein, he said he liked Levi's because his butts look nice in them.

" What I wear is fashion," said Akhay when asked about his views on fashion.

He said doing advertisements are tougher than films because in commercials you get only 30 to 60 seconds to send the message across but in films one gets two and half hours.

When quizzed about other other shirtless wonders, Akshay shrugged it off and said that don't compare me.

Further when asked to comment on his contemporaries like Salman Khan and Sharukh Khan, a politically correct Akshay wiggled his way out saying that both the stars have great bodies.

For a man, who was once considered a wooden actor, has proved that he is a force to reckon with in almost every venture.
