Shah Rukh Khan is expanding his business plans and taking them to the UAE. Sources reveal that next month, SRK will announce his entry into the UAE property market with plans to build a huge lifestyle boulevard in Ras Al Khaimah.
Sources reveal the actor is tying up with a UAE-based construction firm to build his dream city. The project will be very similar to the Dubai Palm project where he already owns some property. Talking about it, a source says, “Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard is going to be a one of its kind lifestyle resort. It’s not only huge in size, but will also use state-of-the-art interior designs and modern technology.”
Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard will be built on the Al Dana island which is a part of Ras Al Khaimah. The entire property will be constructed on a beachfront and will be designed with the help of famous architect Tony Ashai.
Even though the entire project is still veiled in secrecy, sources reveal SRK will travel to UAE and make a public announcement sometime around October 20.
Shah Rukh confirms the developments, ” We are making a big project called SRK Boulevard here. Tony (Ashai) is the architect. We (a company called TSA) will do the soft launch on October 5 and 6 and then start giving out the final designs by Tony on November 7.”
Earlier this year, Brad Pitt too expressed interest in developing property to build an environmentally friendly hotel. Sports personalities Boris Becker and Michael Schumacher too have been said to invest in UAE as well.
