Bollywood: Kiss and sell

If we browse through the history of Bollywood, Karisma Kapoor got recognition only after the hot kiss shared with Aamir Khan in Raja Hindustani. Same was the case with Nishabdh where despite of failure, the film was underlined with controversies. And how can one forget the famous Ash- Hrithik lip lock in Dhoom 2. It definitely benefited the film in its own way. Thus, from all this we can conclude that a tinge of hot scenes with a dash of hype and controversy gives you a recipe of a perfect masala film.

We also cannot ignore the fact that at times, kissing scenes become a requirement of the story. For instance, Life in a… Metro. Whatever it might be, the crux of the matter is that a bold scene in a film doesn’t assure a hit, but surely guarantees success.
