Seems like the only person who can control Imran Khan these days is his maamu, Aamir Khan. Recently, Imran had to shoot for a dangerous action scene in Bangkok for his upcoming film, Kidnap.

As it was a risky stunt, Imran’s body double was asked to perform the stunt. Suddenly, Sanjay Dutt, who also stars in Kidnap and was present on the sets, realised that Imran’s body double was sitting right next to him.

He immediately checked with a crew member to see who was performing the stunt and was shocked to know that it was Imran who was readying himself to jump off the 20th floor for the scene.

A worried Sanjay asked Imran to refrain from performing the stunt, but Imran wouldn’t relent. Left with no choice, Sanjay immediately called close friend Aamir to express his concern over Imran’s safety.

Aamir immediately called up Imran and told him to not perform the risky stunt at such an early stage in his career.

It was only after his maamu’s call that Imran agreed to let his body double perform the stunt.

Parag Desai, the official spokesperson of Shree Astavinayak Cine Vision (Kidnap’s producer) said, “The incident did happen. Sanju did this because he is genuinely concerned about Imran’s safety.”
