Harry Potter looses out to Hari Puttar

Tiff over titles of Harry Potter and Hari Puttar has finally shored onto a conclusion. Delhi High Court has granted permission for the release of Hindi film, Hari Puttar – A Comedy of Terrors. The issue ran into a big controversy as Warner Bros, Hollywood's Production House pleaded High Court seeking stay over release of the film.

The Hollywood Production had lodged complaint against Mirchi Movies Limited; film's producers that they had intentionally titled as it sounds like the famous Hollywood flick Harry Potter. Perhaps, their assertion was that film buffs would get perplexed over these two titles. Well, brimming up with their statements, Mirchi Movies Limited of Times Group uttered that in no way the title is related to Harry Potter as it is an original piece of Indian Literary Work.

"Etymological meaning of Hari Puttar in Punjabi means God's son and for sure it hasn't got anything to do with the Harry Potter" added Mirchi Movies Limited.

Chief Justice Reva Khetrapal has finally rendered his decisive orders favorable for Mirchi Movies and the film will hit screens this Friday without any problem.
